Alliance Française & Sofitel Salute Brigitte Bardot

This December, the French Institute Alliance Française (FIAF) presents its new CinémaTuesdays film series starring none other than Brigitte Bardot as the ultimate Parisian Femme Fatale. A selection of films featuring the legendary actress and pop cultura icon will be screened every Tuesday  in conjunction with BB Forever, a photo exhibition in her honor, on view through Thursday, December 20 at the Sofitel Hotel, in New York City.

FIAF’s schedule of the Femme Fatale Series is as follows:

Masculine, Feminine (Masculin, féminin, 1966) B&W. 110 min. directed by Jean-Luc Godardon Tuesday, December 4 at 12:30, 4 & 7:30pm.

…And God Created Woman (Et Dieu… créa la femme, 1956) Color. 95 min. directed by Roger Vadim, on Tuesday, December 11 at 12:30 & 4pm.

Contempt (Le mépris, 1963), Color. 102 min. directed by Jean-Luc Godard on Tuesday, December 11 at 7:30pm.

The Grand Maneuver (Les grandes manoeuvres, 1955) Color. 106 min. directed by René Clair on Tuesday, December 18 at 12:30, 4 & 7:30pm.
