Instagrams of the Art World: Rob Pruitt’s Flea Market, John Ahearn, and Bjarne Melgaard’s Fashion Shoot

Artist Rob Pruitt , who is known for holding flea markets from time to time, with the help of his artistic friends, is selling stuff at his eBay flea market. Today, among the four items up for sale at Rob Pruitt‘s Flea Market Ebay Shop, you can pick up a piece from Rob’s personal collection of vases. “This beauty,” reads the description, “is stylized with Jackson Pollock-esque black and white paint drips on hand thrown terracotta form.” As of the last time we checked, there were two bids, and it was at $4.81.

Artist Bjarne Melgaard, who has a show up at Gavin Brown’s Enterprise, bragged about his shoot with haute fashion rag W Magazine. Who can blame him?
