Though it wasn’t able to land Barack Obama’s inauguration headliner, the Armory Show has opted for the younger Knowles sister, Solange, to play its annual Armory Party at the Museum of Modern Art on March 6, the night before the opening of the New York mega-fair on piers 92 and 94.
Tickets to the exclusive event and concert in the Agnes Gund Garden Lobby cost between $150 and $750, with proceeds benefiting MoMA and MoMA PS1.
In addition to seeing Solange perform at MoMA, ticket-holders will get an early peek — and an early buying opportunity — at the Armory Show during the special VIP hour from 8-9pm on March 6. The Armory Party at MoMA will begin immediately thereafter, at 9pm, and continue through midnight.
Tickets may be purchased here.
