How do I approach the Joan Mitchell Foundation for a grant? I have scores of sculptures designed and ready to fabricate. All my work is original. See blogspot address for samples.
Who was Joan Mitchell? I had a brother, John, age 29,who drowned on a lake in the Boundary Waters of Minnesota, afflicted by an epileptic seisure while on a canoe trip. If I had resources, I would creat a John Ray foundation for poets, nature photographers and sculptors. But in lieu of that, I would honor the death of Joan Mitchell as I do my brother’s .
It really is rare to find practiced people on this issue, nevertheless, you be understood as you understand what you are posting on! With thanks
