The New Art Dealers Alliance fair, for nine years now the perky challenger to Art Basel Miami Beach’s December market dominance, clearly has territorial ambitions. This year, it’s doing something about them. Led by master tactician Heather Hubbs, the fair’s troops of edgy emerging gallerists are expanding NADA’s domain in the Deauville Beach Resort’s appropriately martial Napoleon and Richelieu ballrooms to annex a third theater of art sales, the Le Jardin ballroom.
